How long does shipping take?
It can take up to 4 weeks for your item to arrive. That's why we offer free shipping! Please note, we do try our best to expedite shipping whenever possible :)
Can I get my item faster?
In some cases, yes! BEFORE YOU ORDER please send us a message with the item you're looking for, and the size and color/pattern you would like. We'll see it it's available for expedited shipping. Please note, in some cases you will need to pay an expedited shipping charge in order to get your item early. But we'll let you know if that's the case!
How do I cancel my order?
We're sorry you want to cancel! As long as the item is not too far along in the processing track, we can cancel your order (usually within 12-24 hours of purchase). However, once it reaches the point of no return in the shipping track, we can no longer cancel your order and you will have to wait for it to arrive before you return it.
How do I get status updates on my order?
You will receive an email once you item(s) ship. Our suppliers do not send us tracking information, only shipping estimates, so you will receive the latest date we expect your item to arrive.
I'm missing an item from my order or my order never arrived. What do I do?
Please note, we work with a variety of suppliers so your items may arrive in separate packages. If it is past the estimated arrival date and your order has still not arrived, let us know and we'll look into it.
My item arrived damaged/broken/not as expected. What can I do?
Send a message with the issue with them item, along with pictures to document the damage or issue. We can issue you a refund, replacement or store credit.
How do I go about returning my item?
Send a message and the reason why you are returning the item and we'll give you additional information on where/how to return it.
What do I do if I am unhappy with my item?
Send us a message! We want you to be happy so we'll work something out. :)
